I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small with 2 beds, maximum 1 extra bed, but they were surprisingly quiet and efficient, which made all the difference. However, the location was not as good as expected, being off-route to the main market. The service, especially from housekeeping on the 17th floor and the girl at the pool bar, was fantastic, but there were some issues with overcharging for drinks and taxis. The dining options were limited with no proper fruits, but there was a variety available. Overall, it was a decent stay with both positive and negative aspects.

I was offered a free downgrade from a suite to a room, which seemed absurd at first, but the room turned out to be of decent size and clean. The shower was good, separated from the toilet, making it convenient. However, it was a downside that there was no microwave available even when booking months in advance.

My room was large and well-appointed with a decent capsule coffee machine, and the bed was very large and very comfortable. The restaurant served tasty food, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. However, the service was not consistently friendly, especially for people with mobility issues or lots of luggage. The hotel is a bit off-hand as the only entrance is on a busy street without a pedestrian walkway.
